You can either use rubbing alcohol or the <a href=\"https:\/\/angelusdirect.com\/products\/leather-preparer-and-deglazer?variant=323815071\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Angelus deglazer<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need to paint the soles of your shoes you will need the color of your choice in <a href=\"https:\/\/angelusdirect.com\/collections\/paint\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Angelus leather paint<\/a> as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/angelusdirect.com\/products\/angelus-2-hard-film-hardener?variant=17396484549\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">2-Hard additive<\/a>. Follow the instructions on the additive and mix with your paint. It can take up to 4 coats to cover, depending on the colors you chose and your base shoe. Go for many thin coats. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> For the leather or faux leather part of your shoe I recommend a <a href=\"https:\/\/angelusdirect.com\/products\/angelus-white-paint-leather?variant=308240875\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">white base coat or Angelus leather paint<\/a> if you are going from a dark base to a light finished color. 2-3 coats for the base. Once you have the base done you will do 3-4 coat of your <a href=\"https:\/\/angelusdirect.com\/collections\/paint\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">chosen color<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use an <a href=\"https:\/\/angelusdirect.com\/collections\/4-coat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Angelus top coat<\/a> on anything you painted, this will help protect your paint job. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s it!
